8月让给他了，7月可就由我安排了：3号考完，4号就带他去FLASH培训班报了名。这可是他自己3月份开学时强烈要求的，作为交换条件，儿子同意3――6月学羽毛球。可是歪打正着，由于“非典”，FLASH没学成，羽毛球却按我的意思学了一个学期。作为允诺，7月每天上午写作业，下午FLASH，以遂他的心愿。还有一项任务：每年的暑假是游泳的大好时光，他6岁那年学蛙泳、7岁办了月卡巩固练习、8岁学了仰泳和自由泳、去年9岁零星游了几次，今年也给他办了卡，每晚去游，每天在他完成游泳的规定任务后，由他尽情地在水中玩水枪、打水仗。预计到7月底，这三项任务均可顺利完成。
7、8俩月分批安排，各自的愿望都可实现，皆大欢喜。

三、助潜的思路设想：
1、利用暑假时间进行辅导
暑假，是超越别人的时间，应该积极组织相应辅导，作为课堂教学的补充是很有必要的。学生在校的时间毕竟有限，不可能做到完全教学一致。暑假期间，我们可以把一些潜能生潜能生成立一个钉钉群。根据他们的潜能生的反馈，量身定制进行辅导，对需要辅导的潜能生采取在在线辅导辅导的方法促进他们的进步。
2、要讲究教学方法的有效性。
